One Cavite Pickleball Club (OCPC) is transforming SM City Rosario into a one-day, two-court sanctuary of sport and spirit on June 28, 2026. The Rainbow Rally is a vibrant, all-access sports festival designed to celebrate the full spectrum of human identity.
